A tough opening hole. Out of bounds down the righthand side, tree lined down the left. A cross ditch 180 yards from white tees. The green is protected by front left bunker. Be careful not to go long with your approach shot as out of bounds is lurking a few yards over green.

Wide tree lined fairway with a ditch crossing 150 yards from white tees. The green is protected by a pond at the front, ditch on the right hand side and a bunker to the left.

A testing par 3  of a mere 105 yards. However you will have to negotiate a large willow tree, the small green is surrounded on 3 sides by water and out of bounds if you go long.

A straight forward par 3. Out of bounds the length of right hand side. Greenside bunker on the right guarding a 2 tier green.

A dog leg par 4 with a strategically placed fairway bunker on the corner of the dog leg. The 2 tier green is protected by greenside bunkers on the right and left.

Another dog leg par 4. Out of bounds all the way on down left hand side, trees and a large pond to the right. A well placed tee shot will leave a short approach shot to a sloping green.

A driveable par 4 for bigger hitters but be aware of the pond and large willow trees just short of green and the penalty area running the length of the right hand side of the fairway.

A dog leg par 4. A straight drive required as this hole has an internal out of bounds on the left side of fairway and a penalty area running the length of the right hand side to the corner. From the corner of the dog leg it becomes out of bounds on both sides of fairway. The green is protected by bunkers on the right side and at the rear.

A driveable par 4 but accuracy is needed as out of bounds on the entire right hand side of fairway and tree lined to the left. The small sloping green is protected by 2 green side bunkers on the left side

A risk and reward par 4. This hole is driveable but be aware of the trees and pond that you have to carry. If you play to the corner of the dog leg you will have a short shot to the green which slopes away from you from the front to the back, it is also protected by a greenside bunker on the right

A tree lined par 3 protected at the front by a large pond and a bunker on left of the green and another pond to the left of the green.

A par 3 with a raised green and a pond at the back to catch any shots that are too long.

Another risk and reward par 4 which require an accurate tee shot over a large pond to the middle of narrow tree lined fairway which then leaves a short shot over another pond and tree to the raised green. Alternatively attempt to carry all of the hazards to reach the small sloping green. This hole is out of bounds all the way down the left and the green is protected by a bunker at the front and right hand side of the raised green. 

A tough dog leg par 4 ( par 5 for ladies). Tree lined to the right. Penalty area and  out of bounds to the left. The green protected by a large greenside bunker.

A beast of a par 5 measuring 668 yards off the white tees. Tree lined both sides of fairway. Be aware of the cross ditch 150 yards before the green. Don't go too long with approach shot as out of bounds lurks just over the green.

A driveable par 4 for the longer hitters. A cross ditch 150 yards from the white tees. The green is protected by a copse of trees to the right, a large bunker in the fairway just short of green and a pot bunker left side of green.

A challenging par 5. Out of bounds all along the right hand side. Requires a good straight long tee shot as a cross ditch lurks approximately 180 yards from the white tees. The fairway is tree lined with a large pond guarding the front of a large flat green.

A tree lined par 4 with 3 ponds down the right hand side of fairway. There is a cross ditch 50 yards short of the green which leads to a further pond protecting the left hand side of the green The green is also guarded by 2 bunkers on the right hand side.
